Childhood is precious, and that's why Lipstik Girls designer Elisa Barretta Lloyd aims to make every little girl feel like a princess. Since she launched the LA-based line with husband Steven in 2000, Lipstik has expanded from embellished T-shirts to a full collection of dresses and separates, for infants on up to youth size 16.
